Ukraine address examples & format
How to write an Ukrainian address
UNESCO (the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) counts eight (8) sites in Ukraine on their World Heritage list. This includes beautiful places such as the Ancient City of Tauric Chersonese, Sant-Sophia Cathedral, and the Historic Centre of Odesa. You may ask yourself "how did they build these amazing structures so long ago" or "how is it that I haven't visited here sooner" or even say to yourself "I need to figure out how to address a letter to Ukraine." For that last one, we've got you covered. You can look at Ukrainian address examples below.
Simply enter an address to format, standardize, and validate it faster than you can say "Будь ласка." Address formatting in Ukraine isn't impossible, and can be written out as follows:
- Address line - The recipient's full name, using appropriate titles for the region.
- Street and building number - You can list the street and building number without any punctuation between them.
- District - List the district the address is in.
- Postal code and City - The five-digit postal code goes on its own line.
- Country - This is often shortened to UKR
