Do I need to create user accounts in both the IdP and Smarty?
To add a new user to your Smarty account, invite them through the Smarty dashboard. Users are created after they accept the invitation and authenticate with the configured IdP.
How many users can I have on my account?
SSO allows you to have up to 15 users associated with your Smarty account.
Will SSO with Smarty manage user accounts automatically?
Not yet—our initial SSO release focuses on authentication. You’ll still need to manage user accounts and assign roles manually.
How do I give my team access to Smarty with SSO?
Invite users to your Smarty account, assign them a role, and they’re good to go. Once they accept, they can log in using SSO.
Can one SSO setup work for multiple Smarty accounts?
Absolutely! Configure SSO once and use it across all your Smarty accounts for a streamlined setup process.
What roles can I assign in Smarty?
Smarty supports roles like Admin, Editor, and Viewer. If you need more details, your Account Executive can help.
